Qualifications

• Five (5) years of information technology experience or equivalent in IT
• Experience with full lifecycle application development and documentation
• Ability to configure, install, troubleshoot, and support complex applications and systems
• Experience designing interfaces using HTML, C#, .Net and XML

Responsibilities

• Provide quality application and system solutions for agency and statewide customers
• Perform root cause analysis and engineer technical solutions
• Administer and configure enterprise systems and SaS/COTS components
• Create system design and technical support documentation
• Maintain current versions and ensure system stability
