Job summary

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate IT team on a hybrid schedule with offices in Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC. The role requires expert-level architectural leadership across complex enterprise systems, delivering solutions on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a strong background in architecture and development, and agile methodology

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise IT architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in architecture design, development, QA and integration in an Agile environment.
• Ability to lead architecture activities across business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, business analysts and team members to drive high-quality technical solutions aligned with IT strategies.
• Guide architecture activities and deliver end-to-end architectural outcomes.
• Map relationships between information systems components and business functions and objectives.
• Lead agile methodology adoption and coach Scrum teams.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership and ROI for architecture options.
