Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Systems Architect for a 12-month contract with hybrid schedule. Location options include Wakefield, MA or other major U.S. cities; role focuses on enterprise-wide IT architecture, security, and infrastructure leadership.

Responsibilities include developing architecture standards, aligning IT to business goals, and mentoring IT staff while coordinating with vendors and teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, systems integration, or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner EA).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data management, cybersecurity, and application development.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, CISSP are desirable.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide hands-on administration for IT Infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
