Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager - IT Architecture to lead Enterprise and Solution Architecture, provide governance, strategic technology direction, and build a high‑performing team of architects.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to advance architecture maturity, translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, and ensure delivery across PMO, Engineering, Security and DevOps in a hybrid Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading technical teams or architecture organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
