Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager - IT Architecture to lead Enterprise and Solution Architecture, governance, and technology strategy. You will partner with IT and business leaders to matureArchitecture practices and ensure investments align with business goals.

This role reports to a hybrid Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office. You will coach architects, manage capacity and priorities, and drive delivery enablement across products, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technology leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams or architecture organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, governance, and technology strategy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects and set team goals.
• Define and evolve architecture standards, governance practices, and roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into technology plans and investments.
• Provide oversight for complex initiatives and major technology programs.
• Drive architecture maturity and reusable patterns across the enterprise.
