Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; 8+ years experience preferred.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Senior-level role emphasizing business consulting, strategy, and leadership across the enterprise.
• Facilitate participative decision making and planning workshops with senior leaders.
• Provide consulting to leadership on complex business problems and advise on high-value options.
• Apply business management tools to drive data-driven decisions and planning.
• Contribute to enterprise business architecture models and roadmaps.
• Translate strategies into annual project portfolios and roadmaps.
• Analyze current and future states, performance gaps, and root causes.
• Understand business behavior patterns to achieve strategic goals.
