Job summary

Sonnax Transmission Company in Bellows Falls, VT is seeking an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst to support administration of enterprise apps, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID in a manufacturing setting. You will manage access, configure SSO, and help optimize the Service Desk cloud platform while partnering with IT and plant teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, security governance, and process improvements in a production environment, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 onsite

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years IT support, application administration, or systems support in manufacturing
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production/warehouse setting
• Exposure to Service Desk or ticketing platforms

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including group management and access controls
• Configure and support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Handle user access requests using RBAC and least-privilege principles across multiple systems
• Support and maintain labeling systems, including label design and system-level troubleshooting
• Support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, including ticket management, workflows, and automation
• Monitor system health and performance; respond to incidents and escalate as needed
• Assist in maintaining integrations between ERP, WMS, and other applications
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, access models, and procedures
