Job summary

Sectech Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator in Seattle. You’ll own the business application stack and the integrations that connect it, including Jira and Confluence administration, SSO provisioning, and middleware-based integrations.

You’ll evaluate SaaS tools, manage vendor relations, and participate in incident response. The role requires 5+ years in systems administration with strong Windows/Linux skills and hands-on API experience, in a hybrid Seattle setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or systems integration.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and PowerShell skills.
• Hands-on API and middleware integration experience.
• Comfort working in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Bonus points for GitHub, NetSuite, HRIS/ATS, AI platforms, or engineering tools.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications Administrator | Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

I’m hiring an Enterprise Applications Administrator for a client in Seattle. You’d own their business application stack and the integrations that connect it.

What you’ll be doing

• Administering Jira, Confluence, and the wider Atlassian suite, including permissions, schemes, workflows, custom fields, and dashboards
• Managing SSO and SCIM provisioning through Entra ID, along with RBAC, audit logging, and change control
• Building and maintaining integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Evaluating SaaS tools and managing vendors, upgrades, and migrations
• Troubleshooting application and integration issues, and joining an incident response rotation

What you’ll need

• 5+ years in systems administration or systems integration
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell skills
• Hands-on API and middleware integration experience
• Comfort working in both Windows and Linux environments
• Bonus points for experience with GitHub, NetSuite, HRIS/ATS platforms, AI platforms, or engineering tools such as Siemens PLM/NX and CAD/CAM

Location: Seattle, WA. Hybrid, with one remote day a week.
