Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Enterprise-Wide Applications Analyst in Utah. This on-site & hybrid role focuses on training SMEs, data visibility, and improving application use to drive positive business outcomes.

Qualified candidates will understand manufacturing MRP, MES/ERP/PLM, and be able to translate business needs into technical specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive manufacturing/ERP experience or equivalent
• Deep understanding of Production Planning, MRP, inventory movements and MES
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specs for development teams
• On-site support capability for Utah sites and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with MES, ERP, and PLM applications and data-driven improvements
• Experience migrating a complex system (e.g., Deltek Costpoint to SAP)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve data issues; oversee system upgrades and vendor escalation
• Author documentation and deliver end-user training
• Lead UAT to ensure flawless deployment of upgrades
• Collaborate with partners to analyze operations and drive process improvements
• Define scope, objectives, and precise application requirements
• Serve as Voice of the Customer for integration and troubleshooting
• Drive enhancements and perform rigorous regression testing
