Job summary

Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst in the United States (Vermont/Bellows Falls area) to support enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID services in a manufacturing setting.

You will manage user access, configure SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and help maintain labeling systems while assisting with ERP/WMS integrations and service desk workflows. This role emphasizes security, reliability, and hands‑on IT operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support, application administration, or systems support in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production or warehouse settings.
• Exposure to Service Desk or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including group management and access controls.
• Configure and support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Handle user access requests using RBAC and least‑privilege principles across multiple systems.
• Support and maintain labeling systems, including label design and system‑level troubleshooting.
• Support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, including ticket management, workflows, and automation.
• Monitor system health and performance; respond to incidents and escalation as needed.
• Assist in maintaining integrations and data flow between systems (ERP, WMS, and other applications).
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, access models, and procedures.
