Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst to support enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID services in a manufacturing setting. Hybrid role based in Bellows Falls, VT, with 2–3 onsite days weekly.

You will manage identity, access governance, and application integrations, contributing to secure, scalable operations while collaborating with IT and business teams.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, application administration, or systems support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production or warehouse setting.
• Exposure to Service Desk or ticketing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations.
• Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including group management and access controls.
• Configure and support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Handle user access requests using RBAC and least-privilege principles across multiple systems.
• Support and maintain labeling systems, including label design and system-level troubleshooting.
• Support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, including ticket management, workflows, and automation.
• Monitor system health and performance; respond to incidents and escalates as needed.
• Assist in maintaining integrations and data flow between systems (ERP, WMS, and other applications).
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, access models, and procedures.
