Job summary

Cook County Government is seeking an Application Support professional to perform Tier II user support for enterprise software and manage applications across testing and production environments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to test, implement fixes and patches, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Strong SQL, SDLC knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).
• Two years of experience administering and supporting Enterprise Applications (Time & Attendance, Issue Tracking, or Document Management).
• Experience with enterprise software administration and support, including testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform application management and Tier II user support independently or in a team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement fixes, upgrades and patches.
• Configure, test and implement software applications to meet business requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding responsibilities, projects and initiatives.
