Job summary

Dierbergs Markets is seeking an Application Solutions Engineer – Production Support to provide dedicated technical support for a broad portfolio of applications and technology solutions. You will investigate production issues, modify code or data when needed, and drive improvements to reduce future incidents.

You will work with end users, IT, and vendors, prioritize issues, and contribute to knowledge management and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or closely related field.
Strong software development foundation with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Experience with Microsoft-oriented technologies (C#, .NET, ASP/ASP.NET, SQL, React, Azure).

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical point of contact for production issues with end users, IT and vendors.
Investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex production issues independently.
Read, understand, troubleshoot, and modify existing application code or data to fix production issues.
Use logs, docs, and AI tools to investigate issues across systems.
Develop, test, and deploy production fixes through change management processes.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve reliability and automate support.
