Kent State University is hiring a Technical Enrollment Analyst for the University Registrar's Office on its Kent campus. The analyst supports the student information systems that keep student records, including Degree Audit and the university's ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, by helping redesign processes, testing system changes, and handling compliance reporting. The role collaborates routinely with faculty, staff, students, and third-party vendors.

Highlights

• Assist in redesigning business processes, writing functional specifications and test scenarios, completing user testing, and maintaining documentation for new, modified, or upgraded technology.
• Provide support for student systems such as Degree Audit, the ERP system, and other associated systems.
• Complete ad hoc and compliance reporting, drawing on reporting and data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain e-signature documents and workflow processes, and keep required website updates current.
• Maintain the office production calendar so critical systems and processes are student ready, and implement communication plans to faculty, staff, and students.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to support staff who work on a project or assignment on a temporary or intermittent basis.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a registrar's office or related area; an associate's degree plus four years or six years of progressively responsible registrar-related experience can also qualify.
• Knowledge of student systems, workflows, data, and processes; student policies, NCAA competition regulations, and state and federal compliance reporting; and relational databases and SQL.
• Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 schedule, with possible eligibility for a hybrid work environment.
• Salary range of $53,015 to $55,000.
