Job summary

Ascendion in Redmond, WA is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator III to organize workstreams with program managers, tech leads, and engineers. You will help document plans, track prototypes, and manage cross-functional tasks using Jira.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, experience with international logistics, and the ability to build schedules and SOWs with external partners. This hybrid onsite role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in program/project management.
Experience in International Shipping, Receiving and Logistics.
Experience with Jira for engineering development.
Construct schedule models and resource planning.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.
Understanding of NPI for consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

Organize workstreams with program managers, technical leads and engineers.
Document plans with the engineering team.
Project management and tracking of prototype builds and deliverables.
Track progress of tasks with external partners.
Use Jira for Engineering Development and dashboards for stakeholders.
Coordinate international shipping, receiving and logistics activities.
Onboard suppliers, obtain proposals/quotations, place orders and track deliveries.
Assist development documentation and SOW tracking with partners.
