Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support cross-functional project teams by coordinating day-to-day project operations, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives are executed on schedule. The hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, CA, onsite 3 days per week, for a 12-month duration. Pay rate depends on experience, with comprehensive benefits and 401k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or admin support.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project logistics: scheduling meetings, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and documentation for visibility.
• Track deliverables across workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, milestone updates, and executive summaries.
• Support governance activities: recurring status meetings, milestone reviews, and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize docs, templates, trackers, and processes.
• Assist with reporting, coordination, and admin tasks using productivity tools.
