Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners seeks a Project Coordinator in Vancouver, WA. Hybrid onsite with six days per month onsite. You will support Transmission Engineering-Internals with task coordination, demand and capacity planning, and cross-team liaison.

The role demands strong communication, customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Project Web App, SharePoint, and Power BI. A technical degree and experience in engineering operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• With a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 5 years of experience required.
• With an Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 7 years of experience required.
• Without a degree, 9 years of experience required.
• Experience with engineering operations, resource management and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to the Transmission Engineering-Internal Operations Resource and Work Planning organization.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholder groups for project-level task support and demand and capacity planning.
