Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support engineering and product development programs in a fast-paced hardware environment in Redmond, WA. You will work closely with program managers, technical leads, engineers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of project coordination experience, hands-on Jira usage, and expertise in international shipping and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project or program coordination/PM experience.
• Experience managing international shipping, logistics, and receiving activities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for engineering or product development programs.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Ability to track multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers, technical leads, and engineering teams to organise and coordinate project workstreams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and development artefacts.
• Manage and track prototype builds, shipments, and logistics activities.
• Coordinate international shipping, receiving, and supplier deliveries, with preference for Asia-based suppliers.
• Use Jira to monitor engineering development activities and project progress.
• Track tasks and action items across internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support supplier onboarding activities, quotations, purchase requests, and order tracking.
• Maintain internal project documentation and meeting notes.
• Track Statements of Work (SOWs) and monitor progress with external development partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, purchasing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure successful programme execution.
