Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to become the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. This dedicated role removes friction for the engineers by coordinating licenses, assets, onboarding, and governance to keep the team productive and compliant.

The successful candidate will own procurement, vendor management, asset inventory, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling engineers to focus on delivering value. EY offers hybrid work and a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in admin/ops roles supporting technical or professional teams.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Ability to track multiple workstreams with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor.
• A self-starter mindset with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle and SaaS subscriptions.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships and contracts.
• Handle procurement and purchasing, approvals, and invoicing.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory.
• Administer access requests and keep records current.
• Keep team documentation organized with trackers and SOPs.
• Support compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve as central point of coordination and resolve issues.
