Ramboll in Americas seeks an Engineering Business Development Professional to grow client accounts in the Carolinas and manage end-to-end pipelines in a hybrid role. You will work with engineers and business developers to expand our industrial, data center, and power infrastructure portfolio across the Southeast, including NC/SC markets.

The role requires a BS in engineering or science, 5+ years of client-facing experience, and a strong regional network.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or science; mechanical, chemical, electrical or metallurgical preferred.
• Five+ years of client-facing responsibility.
• Established professional network in North or South Carolina; relocate to Charlotte or Greenville.
• Direct experience in energy-intensive industrial manufacturing, data center development or power infrastructure.
• Ability to converse with plant engineers and contribute to scope of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; CRM discipline experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop key accounts and markets in Ramboll's target industries across the Carolinas.
• Own the Carolinas pipeline end to end: qualify leads, make go/no-go decisions, manage records in Dynamics 365.
• Support and grow existing accounts with potential over $100M; build multi-project programs.
• Collaborate with Environment & Health, Power Systems, Site Solutions and Air & Climate teams to cross-sell.
• Prepare proposals and work scopes with budgets and cost estimates; manage client relationships.
