Job summary

ACEC Research Institute is seeking a seasoned professional to manage donor engagement, scholarship programs, and the Community Building Roadmap. You will coordinate with donors, boards, and member organizations while supporting the RCEP program and promotional activities across platforms.

The role requires leadership in communications, event support, and ensuring timely delivery of donor benefits, reports, and engagement opportunities within a fast-paced nonprofit research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years marketing, association or donor development experience.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong writing skills.
• Experience with donor engagement and program management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce, NetForum and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor engagement and management of donor deliverables and reports.
• Oversee scholarship program and Community Building Roadmap tool.
• Support RCEP program for providers and subscribers.
• Coordinate communications with donors, boards, committees and members.
• Assist in board meetings logistics and fundraising events.
