PACE (Philanthropy for Active Civic Engagement) seeks a Director of Member Engagement to curate our members’ experience, understand their goals, and identify opportunities for collective learning across the network. The role combines strategy, visioning, and hands-on design and delivery of member services.

The position emphasizes deep relationship-building with members, onboarding new members, and expanding benefits and services to maximize value.

Formación

• Experience creating and managing programming for a philanthropic audience.
• Strong commitment to vision, mission, and values of a philanthropic organization.

Responsabilidades

• Deepen and expand interactions with members; manage member benefits and supports.
• Design and execute membership-wide events (meetings, webinars, conferences, working groups).
• Serve as a primary contact for members and align activities across program streams.
• Oversee onboarding for new members and maximize participation and value.
