Job summary

American Council On Renewable Energy seeks a Coordinator of Membership & Corporate Engagement to manage relations with corporate members, sponsors, and partners. You will ensure a high-quality membership experience, maintain HubSpot CRM data, and support cross-functional teams.

You will translate member interests into organizational value, assist with revenue retention and growth, and support event logistics, invoicing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services support for corporate members, sponsors, and inquiries.

• Document member interests and priorities in shared systems and support event logistics.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM data, manage invoicing, renewals, and reporting.
