Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Project Development Manager to drive DER, energy efficiency, and decarbonization projects for commercial and industrial clients.

You will lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with sales, engineering, and finance to build compelling business cases and win new work. The role requires 7–10 years in DER, strong financial acumen, and experience with multi‑site programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in DER and renewable energy projects including solar PV, storage, microgrids, and EV charging.
• Experience developing projects valued from $5M to $50M+ with strong commercial and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of DER opportunities (solar PV, storage, microgrids, CHP, EV charging).
• Develop feasibility analyses, energy modeling, audits, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, savings, and economics.
• Build financial models and proformas for EPC, EaaS, PPA, ESA, and hybrids.
• Act as advisor to executives and stakeholders; manage schedules, budgets, and risks.
