Job summary

HOLT Renewables in Austin is seeking a Senior Commercial Project Developer to originate, structure, and advance DER projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. You will lead end-to-end engagements from initial qualification through win strategy, coordinating with engineering, estimating, pre-construction, and field teams to deliver bankable clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Origination and market expansion for high-value renewable, storage, and microgrid opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end qualification, intake, and strategic response for RFPs/RFQs and bids.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, pre-construction, and operations to refine cost estimates and bid packages.
