Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer with a focus on Endpoint and Microsoft 365 to own and support the enterprise endpoint environment. This role combines technical escalation, mentorship, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and department managers in a fast-paced, onsite-start environment.

The position emphasizes Intune, SCCM/MECM, and M365 administration, with a potential hybrid schedule after initial contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Endpoint Management is required.
• Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, is required.
• A proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the enterprise endpoint environment, including Intune and endpoint modernization efforts.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Lead workstation lifecycle management projects and hardware refreshes.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with Information Security on access management and endpoint security improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex, multi-site enterprise issues, providing advanced root cause analysis.
