Job summary

US Fertility in Rockville, MD is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune / MECM) for a hybrid schedule. You will serve as the primary owner for MECM/SCCM and Intune across 4,000+ endpoints, including Mac devices managed by Jamf, and collaborate with a nationwide team of physicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
• 5+ years building Windows imaging task sequences.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune co-management.

Responsibilities

• Perform Endpoint Engineering across MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Own Jamf management for ~100 Mac devices.
• Design and maintain Windows imaging and task sequences.
• Implement and optimize Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Configure and manage kiosk mode devices.
• Build and deploy enterprise software packages.
• Drive modern management with Intune co-management.
• Develop proactive hardware and software lifecycle processes.
• Patch management via MECM and Intune.
• Improve compliance reporting and remediation.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOX regulatory compliance on endpoints.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and logs.
