Job summary

The Cellular Connection (TCC) in Indiana is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, leave administration, workplace investigations, training, and HR best practices.

You will partner with leaders on performance, advise on leave issues, conduct investigations, ensure legal compliance, analyze trends, and deliver training. This hybrid role offers growth, collaboration with an HR team, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong employee relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Multi-state HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action matters.
• Manage and advise on FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave-related issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Analyze employee relations trends and create actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs.
• Prepare HR reports and support unemployment claims administration.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees across the organization.
