FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support employee relations initiatives, ensure labor law compliance, and foster a positive workplace across multiple states. You will guide managers on progressive discipline, investigations, and documentation while partnering with Benefits, Payroll, and Legal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in employee relations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field is required.
• 5+ years in employee relations or HR related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution and organizational behavior.
• Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the progressive disciplinary process and advise managers on performance concerns and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues with actionable recommendations.
• Document employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and employment decisions to mitigate risk and support compliance.
• Analyze data on investigations, turnover, and complaints to identify risks and improve processes.
• Collaborate on ADA accommodations, leave management, and return-to-work coordination.
