You will partner with P&C leaders to implement talent strategies, advise on organization design, and drive workforce planning across global functions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong judgment and ability to assess and manage risk with guidance.
• Experience supporting projects or change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.
• Experience using data to generate insights and inform decisions; Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop people strategies aligned to global business goals and objectives.
• Coach managers on building effective teams and handling employee relations.
• Advise on organization design, talent development, workforce planning, succession and performance management.
• Serve as the client face of P&C, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits.
• Monitor attrition, report insights and recommend retention improvements to leadership.
