Enova is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape and execute enterprise communications across the company. The role owns high-visibility programs and collaborates with cross-functional leaders to position Communications as a trusted strategic advisor.
You will own enterprise-wide initiatives such as all-hands, employee recognition, and volunteer programs, and support executive communications with messaging development.
