Collins Aerospace's Global Engineering & Technology Center in Puerto Rico is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer II to join our Flight Management & Controls team within Military Avionics. You will design, develop, integrate and verify software in a hands-on environment to address Military Avionics solutions.

This position sits in Aguadilla, PR with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote). You will collaborate with system and software engineers to deliver Flight Management Systems using

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional English communication (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information.

Responsibilities

• Support software development lifecycle activities (requirements, design, code, test).
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team to meet program milestones.
• Work with system/software engineers to develop Flight Management Systems.
• Design and implement navigation, trajectory management and real‑time data flows.
