Job summary

OWBC in Texas seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide CSBG case management and client services under supervision. You will maintain client files, develop Service Delivery Plans, coordinate resources, and monitor referrals to support coaching, budgeting, and wraparound services.

Responsibilities include monthly performance reporting, building community partnerships, and ensuring program compliance with TDHCA and CEAP/CSBG rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences or related fields; related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Two (2) years of social services or related experience.
• Experience with MS Office 365, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of CSBG rules changes and internal processes as a resource for the Community Services program.
• Perform monthly TDHCA CSBG performance reporting due by the 5th of each month.
• Maintain contact with each client for a minimum of one hour per month and develop a Service Delivery Plan.
• Provide budget counseling, money management coaching, and wraparound services.
• Assist with job-search coaching, resume building, and accountability discussions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and attend interagency meetings.
