Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of work experience in engineering/project management within EPC.
• PE or EIT certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget and schedule for multiple turnkey power generation projects.
• Provide engineering oversight and lead multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Own technical design and act as engineer of record for designated disciplines.
• Develop project team vision, set priorities and align with goals.
• Mentor team members with technical guidance across projects and disciplines.
• Identify KPIs and implement KPI tracking and reporting.
• Stay current with latest technology and industry practices.
