Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Kansas City, MO. The selected candidate will lead the design and development of electrical systems, evaluate and interpret electrical data, ensure the efficiency and reliability of power distribution networks, and provide oversight for power system operations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering concepts and the principles of electricity
• Proven experience in electrical system design and power distribution
• Hands‑on experience with power system analysis and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide electrical engineering and design teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
