ME Engineers in Kansas City is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across healthcare, education, commercial, institutional, and sports facilities from planning and design through construction and closeout.

This role emphasizes building strong client partnerships, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and guiding cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have 10+ years in AE, with PE license and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in the AE industry.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• LEED accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale engineering and building systems projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Mentor team members and support office growth.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement efforts.
