Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT to lead multi-site electrical construction projects. Hybrid role balancing remote coordination with on-site site work, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and labor efficiency.

You will coordinate foremen and crews, review specifications, and manage project life cycle from start to finish, driving Lean improvements and collaboration across teams, suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of electrical construction experience with large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E and site safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams, coordinate labor, and ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
• Oversee daily construction activities and project life cycle on-site.
• Apply LEAN concepts to improve efficiency and safety across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Mentor staff, communicate expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
