Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support a national project site with administrative and technical tasks under a Project Manager. You will coordinate between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen while aiding staffing, estimating, and purchasing decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and 0–1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience and understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overall administrative and technical direction for large or multiple projects.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions including supervisors and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimating.
• Support purchasing, approvals, and change order requests; participate in safety program implementation.
