Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT to lead electrical construction on complex projects, supervising on-site crews and coordinating with project managers to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in electrical construction, with strong leadership, safety and Lean skills. Travel to sites is required; hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical construction experience on large, complex projects.
• OSHA, NFPA 70E and safety standards knowledge.
• Ability to read plans, specs and blueprints and manage contracts.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Lean methodologies knowledge and application.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision and labor management across projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality on site.
• Review plans, drawings and specifications with teams.
• Foster collaboration with clients, architects, and subs.
