Job summary

Femwell Group Health, Inc. is seeking a Software Trainer I to design, deliver, and manage training programs for Intergy and eClinicalWorks platforms. The trainer will work with onboarding practices to optimize workflows and support go-live success.

The role requires collaboration with Implementation and Support teams, experience delivering healthcare software training, and the ability to conduct both remote and in-person sessions. Hybrid rotation and onsite presence are expected in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years delivering training or support for healthcare software systems such as Intergy or eCW

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Intergy and eCW platforms tailored to user roles
• Schedule and lead training sessions including remote and in-person formats
• Collaborate with Implementation team to assess client needs and design training approaches
• Serve as SME for Intergy and eCW workflows and advise on best practices
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support, including issue triaging and feedback collection
• Develop and improve training materials and eLearning modules
• Utilize Service Cloud to manage and respond to support tickets
• Oversee system access and user management tasks
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings with training timelines and resources
• Maintain records of training activities and outcomes for reporting
