Job summary

ICBD seeks a Senior IT Systems Engineer- EHR (eClinicalWorks) in Fort Lauderdale for end-to-end eCW configuration, workflow design, and integration health across Marquis MD’s concierge medicine program. The role collaborates with clinicians, CMOs, and IT to translate requirements into robust configurations.

Qualifications

• Extensive eClinicalWorks configuration and customization experience.
• Experience aligning clinical workflows with IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory care workflows and CDS tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure eCW across Marquis MD practice sites and manage user security.
• Design templates, dot phrases, and documentation tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support ambient notetaking and AI scribe integration within eCW.
• Lead discovery sessions translating workflows into configuration.
• Manage change control and production deployment with proper documentation.
• Coordinate HL7 interfaces, labs, radiology, and billing integrations.
