Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• 3 years of experience with Python and Power BI.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Security preferred.
• Hybrid rotation schedule and/or onsite as needed.
• Ability to travel through the state of Florida, when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHR software and workflow support to medical staff and providers.
• Serve as liaison to the eCW Support team to track and resolve tickets.
• Conduct site surveys and onsite support for new clients transitioning to a new EHR.
• Perform practice-level maintenance and upgrade support.
• Document, research, evaluate, and resolve Help Desk tickets from end users.
• Prioritize high-priority tickets and participate in software upgrades.
