Job summary

MEDITECH seeks a trainer to educate clinicians and financial professionals on our Enterprise Health Record. You will lead training and installation, serve as primary client contact during implementation, and coordinate across MEDITECH applications.

The role requires up to 75% travel across the United States and Canada; a bachelor's or associate degree is preferred, we will train you. Hybrid in-office and remote work is offered, with a comprehensive benefits package and salary range of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or applicable work or military experience.
• No specific experience is necessary, we will train you!
• Preferred experience in clinical or financial areas will be given high consideration: Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Physician Office, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Laboratory, Ambulatory, Social Work or Behavioral Health; Accounts Payable, Billing/AR, Claims, GL, HR/Payroll, Materials Management, Fixed Assets or Physician Billing.

Responsibilities

• Project management of clinical or financial software implementation to ensure effective LIVE.
• Leading the training and installation of our EHR.
• Acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
• Multi-tasking and communicating with staff members across multiple MEDITECH applications.
• Providing customer service and troubleshooting application software issues.
• Working on a team with programmer analysts to resolve technical issues.
• Designing and maintaining application documentation.
• Traveling 50-75% within the United States and Canada to conduct new customer training.
