Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking an EHR Support Specialist to combine technical aptitude with people skills to provide day to day support, training, troubleshooting, and optimization of the EHR to support quality patient care. You’ll report to a project manager and serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and billing teams to help ensure our EHR supports quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional experience required.
• FQHC or healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Athena medical and dental preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end user EHR training and support.
• Coordinate optimization of EHR for better patient care.
• Serve as the customer service point of contact for EHR questions.
