Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking an EHR Support Specialist to combine technical aptitude with people skills to provide day to day support, training, troubleshooting, and optimization of the EHR to support quality patient care. You’ll report to a project manager and serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and billing teams to help ensure our EHR supports quality patient care.

About the Role:

As an EHR Support Specialist at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will combine your technical aptitude with your people skills to provide day to day support, training, troubleshooting, and optimization You’ll report to a project manager and will serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and billing teams to help ensure that our EHR supports quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:

Maintain end user EHR training and support

Coordinate optimization of EHR, making it easier for employees to use and more effective for patient care

Serve as the customer service point of contact for employees with EHR related questions

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo but may also occasionally travel to other Neighborhood sites.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $26.75/hour - $28.00/hour
