Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HIT/Health Informatics.
• 2+ years of experience with eClinicalWorks EHR in healthcare.
• Proficient in Healow App ecosystem and eCW cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows in primary care, behavioral health, and dental settings.
• Certification in eClinicalWorks or similar EHR training programs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot eClinicalWorks EHR and PM systems.
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows to optimize use of eCW across departments.
• Provide support for clinical workflows, templates, order sets, and documentation tools with eCW.
• Conduct needs assessments with end-users and design customized solutions within the eCW platform.
• Customize templates, forms, and reports within eCW based on provider and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure eCW supports patient care and compliance.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and training initiatives.
• Assist in the rollout of new eCW modules and updates including Healow and eCW Messenger.
• Create and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for providers and staff.
• Analyze data for reporting and quality improvement initiatives using eCW reports or third-party analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party tools integrated with eCW (e.g., labs, billing systems).
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HRSA, and other standards.
• Train new staff and develop user documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
