Job summary

The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking an experienced EHR Business Analyst 3 to support EHR, Practice Management, and related healthcare technology systems in a hybrid Atlanta environment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders, analyze requirements, and help implement cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure, while managing issues in JIRA/Ivanti and ensuring IT security practices across healthcare data.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with EHR and Practice Management systems in healthcare settings.
3+ years of experience with AWS/Azure or similar cloud platforms.
3+ years using JIRA or Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management.
5+ years of experience with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

Support EHR and Practice Management systems in clinical environments.
Collaborate with business, clinical and technical stakeholders to define requirements.
Analyze healthcare software requirements and workflows.
Assist with cloud-based applications and ticket management using JIRA/Ivanti.
Coordinate issue resolution with multiple teams and vendors.
Maintain documentation and apply IT security best practices.
