Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams for HL7 integration and support.
Manage EHR and practice management systems; ensure security and HIPAA compliance.
Gather and document business requirements for the EHR system.
Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, and data integrity.
Create and maintain Jira tickets for issues and enhancements.
Assist trainers with clinic staff training on the EHR system.
Analyze clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
