Responsibilities

• EHR System Implementation & Optimization — support configuration and optimization of EHR systems to align with clinical workflows and industry standards.
• User Support & Training — provide training to healthcare staff on EHR usage and offer ongoing support.
• System Maintenance & Updates — monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and manage updates with minimal disruption.
• Data Integrity & Quality — ensure patient data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence — ensure EHR systems comply with HIPAA and privacy/security standards.
• Reporting & Analytics — generate reports and analyze data for actionable insights for clinical and admin teams.
• Workflow Analysis & Improvement — collaborate with teams to improve EHR usability and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Communication — work with IT, vendors, and clinicians to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution — liaison between end-users and support teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
