Qualifications

• Proven experience with EMR systems in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
• Proficiency in system configuration, optimization, and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• HIPAA/Meaningful Use regulatory awareness.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work occasional night and weekends.

Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance EMR performance and workflows.
• User Support and Training: Provide end‑user support and training on EMR features.
• System Maintenance and Upgrades: Coordinate patches and upgrades with IT and vendors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements and address concerns between users and vendors.
• EMR System Implementation: Lead configuration, data conversion, and user training for go‑live.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain config docs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Create reports/dashboards to monitor performance.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on healthcare IT trends and regulatory changes.
